Where to find the Wingsuit in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom

You spend so much time in the air in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom that all the tools that allow you to move through it even faster are a great help. While the paravane is a must for long distance and precision, it is extremely slow. This is where the wingsuitcalled freefall suit in this game.

The freefall suit is a must for all explorers who spend their time jumping from watchtowers. It allows you to move much faster through the air and to have better control during your falls. But that's not all. If you improve it with the Great Fairies, you become completely insensitive to fall damage !

The wingsuit is divided into three pieces of equipment, like most of the equipment in the game. There are : the head, the body and the legs. The more pieces of equipment you equip, the more control you gain in the air.

Each game is to be won in a mini-game that takes place in the Celestial Islands. We recommend that you follow the order in which you complete these challenges, as they vary in difficulty and it is best to have the first two pieces of the combination before attempting the third (although this is not essential).

The mini-game consists of throwing yourself from the top of a series of celestial islands, stacked one on top of the other, and crossing a series of green rings that will appear one after the other as quickly as possible, without missing a single one... but also without crashing on the way. The events are timed and you must complete each one within a set time to get a piece of the combination. If you perform particularly well, you will also get some energy crystals.

The tests are run by golems who will ask you to pay one Orb of energy for each attempt. They are located on the lowest island of these heavenly archipelagos.

Where to find the Freefall Suit

The body of the suit is the first piece you should find if you let yourself be carried away by the storyline and the quests given by the main characters. After reaching the Gûet Fort and starting the Regional Investigations quest, you have been advised to start at the village of the sparrows. On the way, you should find the Tower of Mount Labulat. By reactivating it and using it to propel you through the air, you should see a series of celestial islands one on top of the other, a little further southwest.

Use your paravane to reach the highest island (coordinates -2205 0941 1637) and you are at the top of the The Island of Courage. Activate the terminal to start your first fall. Once at the bottom, you should find the golem offering to time the event.

To pass the test and unlock the middle part of the freefall suit, you will need to pass the course in less than 30 seconds.

Where to find the Freefall Shoes

The legs are the part of the freefall suit that we advise you to take second.

The event is located on The Island of the Test of Braveryabove the Lost Woods. To reach it, set off from the Tower of Darkened Ruins, north of the Lost Woods. Propel yourself through the air with it and reach the North Hyrule Celestial Archipelago. From here you should see a thruster that you can steer with a wheel. Align the thruster with the column of celestial islands you see to the south and use it to propel yourself towards them.

The golem is waiting for you downstairs (contact details 0229 2015 0753) and will offer you the legs of the suit if you succeed in completing the event in less than 25 seconds. The race course is less dangerous and will require you to remember where the different circles are in order to better prepare your trajectories and optimize your time.

Where to find the Freefall Mask

The freefall mask is both the most difficult part of the suit to get to and the most difficult to reach. It is located to the far east, near the Lanelle mountains, on the Island of Heroism. The tower throwing you into the air is not necessarily easy to access, especially as it is very cold in the region. Bring appropriate clothing or serums. Even if you throw yourself off the tower, it will take you about two full circles of endurance to reach the event site by paravane.

A simpler method, if you have the possibility, would be to create a hot air balloon under the island and access it that way. You can also make a plane or any other flying device that will allow you to reach the golem of the event. (coordinates 4474 -0812 1115).

You will get the shoes by completing the event in less than 25 seconds. Beware, this is a difficult event: there are many obstacles in your way and visibility is very limited because of the clouds. So be careful not to break your teeth.
