The Enigma of the Celestial Fish of the Drop and the Royal Zora Cage - Zelda TOTK

In the Zora domain, an old engraving that you will have repaired for Jitato mentions a Celestial Fish and a Drop in which to pass the Royal Pledge. Solving this riddle is essential to clear the Zora domain and reach the Water Temple of Zelda Tears of the Kingdom. Here is his solution.

It all starts when Prince Sidon is monopolised by the toxic mud falling from the sky. He asks you to go to Jitato and tell him about some ancient engravings.

After repairing the gravue for Jitato by putting back the missing piece thanks to Emprise, he reads you the content:

"Standing on the floor of the celestial fishLook around you and you will see a drop among the floating rocks. In this drop, shoot an arrow marked with the royal pledge and the location of the water bridge will be revealed to you.

There are three cryptic elements in this text: the heavenly fish, the drop and the royal pledge.

Obtaining the Zoras' Royal Warrant

Let's start by obtaining the royal token. It is in fact a scale of the King of the Zoras. However, he left the domain a short time ago. To find him, go to the Zora throne room. Some children say they know the king's hideout but refuse to tell you about it. You will have to spy on them passing slowly and crouching behind the throne, then gradually joining the children while remaining hidden.

They then mention a passage behind one of the last clear waterfalls between the Zora domain and Mount Lightning. It is in fact the waterfall that separates Lake Mikau from Lake Lulu.

Cross the waterfall (coordinates 3621; 0584; 0172) and you will arrive in a cave. Progress a little in the cave, then use your Zora armour to climb the waterfall inside. You will come face to face with Dorefah, King Zora, who is in a bad way. He will nevertheless offer you 5 of his scales which will play the role of a royal token perfectly.

Finding the Heavenly Fish

The celestial fish is a celestial island in the shape of a fish. You will only be able to see it well on your map of the heavens by having unlocked the region's tower.

It is located a little to the east of Mont de la Foudre. From the top of Mont de la Foudre and equipped with your Zora armourGlide with your paravane to the waterfall that falls from the fish-shaped island. This is where you will now have to find the Drop (by the way, you can even get the Zora helmet).

Finding the Drop on the Sky Fish

The celestial fish is surrounded by a belt of perfectly disorganised rocks. Yet there are some which, when viewed from the right place and angle, form a drop.

Place yourself at the coordinates 4073; 0257; 0603Then turn south and you should see it. Get your bow ready, fit a king's scale to your arrow and shoot through the drop.

This will reveal the way to the Water Temple.
