Porta is a character called normalwhich can be unlocked in Vampire Survivors. This adventurer is a member of the Ladonna family, which also includes Arca Ladonna and Lama Ladonna. When you start a game with Porta, you have the Lightning Ringa weapon that generates lightning bolts on the map. In addition, its passive offers you a permanent 30% range bonus to the game.
