Valorant patch notes 8.03

After a patch 8.02 rather light, Riot Games is offering us more content in this patch 8.03 from Valorant. Not only does this update mark the arrival of the long-awaited skins in the colours of the VCT teamsbut it also brings a buff for Chamber.

Key points to remember about this 8.03 patch:

  • Buff de Chamber
  • Skins in the colours of the VCT teams

Agent update - Chamber

Portrait of Chamber

As we saw in a previous articleWith this new update, Riot Games wants to give Chamber a new lease of life with a buff. With this new 8.03 update, the studio is actually choosing to backtrack on some old nerves:

  • The cost of Headhunter is reduced to 100 credits, instead of 150,
  • The rate of fire of Tour de force is revised upwards from 0.7 to 0.9.

Esport shop and team skins

The e-sport shop opens its doors with patch 8.03 of Valorant. As well as being able to easily follow your favourite team's matches thanks to the Hub added in the latest update, you can now support them with special gear!

Each franchised structure has its own capsule containing a Classic, a lucky charm, a player's card and graffiti. You will find the capsules in the new Esport Shop tab.

The esport shop is available in Valorant. It contains capsules from the VCT teams.

As expected, this content constitutes a new means of financing for the VCT teams. Each structure will receive 50% of the proceeds from its capsule.

The developers are also taking advantage of this update to fix various bugs here and there. The full 8.03 patch notes are available at the official website of Riot Games. It will be deployed on the night of Wednesday 21 to Thursday 22 February.
