Vision Strikers, the first Korean team of Valorant

Valorant gets the attention of pro players from Europe and America, but South Korea is a little behind in the scene. The esports cradle had so far displayed no roster, we just know that T1 intends to launch a team if Riot allows them. But all of this is in the past since Vision Strikers is the first Korean organisation to reveal a complete roster.

This new organisation is made up offormer players of the team MVP PK, one of the few competitive CS:GO teams in Korea. And while most Western organisations are still struggling to get a full team of 5 players, Vision Strikers already brings together 7 players and 2 coaches.

The team is led by its head coach, Seon-ho "termi" Pyeon. And he's not shy about describing the ambitions of his organisation:

The immediate priority is shaping the team to become the best in Korea, and to be the representing Valorant team of this country. Looking further ahead, we want to become the best in the world, and as a team with clear vision, we want to be respected and envied as a team by esports fans around the world.

The objective is all the more ambitious since Korea is not really known for its prowess on tactical FPS. They nevertheless have a very successful Overwatch competitive scene. It remains to be seen how the team will do in the future, but also who their opponents will be.
