Turko joins BBL Esports

One week after the launch of the VCT EMEA 2022, BBL Esports has announced the addition of a new member to its ranks. Turko, is the sixth active player in the roster.

A former player of Oxygen Esports and SuperMassive Blaze, Turko has participated in many stages of the VCT 2021. Throughout the year, he has achieved honourable performances, including a top 3-4 in Masters 1 Turkey, as well as a top 1 in Challengers 1 Phase 3 Turkey.

After a disappointing appearance at the Berlin Masters and a failure to qualify for the Valorant Champions, the Turkish player announced that he was retiring from the active SuperMassive Blaze roster to open up new opportunities. As a result, he was picked up by DSYRE in early January, and helped the team secure their spot for the VRL DACH. However, the team parted ways with him shortly after that performance. He has been without a team since then and has just been recruited by BBL Esports.

In joining this organisation, he was reunited with one of his former teammates: Melih " pAura " Karaduran. Both of them have evolved in SuperMassive Blaze and had taken the decision together to explore new horizons. By joining this new team, Turko has regained his place in the VCT and we hope that this new season will allow him to go further than the previous one.

BBL Esports suffered a loss last week against Guild Esports and will face Fnatic this Saturday 19th February. We wish them luck and hope to see the new recruit play for the occasion.
