Team SoloMid announces its Valorant team
The big esports teams are gradually revealing their plans. This weekend, a few days before the official release of the game, Team SoloMid (TSM) revealed their Valorant team players.
The American organisation has recruited players of the MouseSpazteam, composed of veterans of Counter-Strike. If they didn’t necessarily shine on the North American scene of CS:GO, they get very good results on the amateur scene and easily compete with Valorant teams such as Cloud 9.
We're extremely excited to announce our first competitive VALORANT roster 🚨- TSM (@TSM) May 22, 2020
Please welcome @hazedCS, @Dronecsgo, @WVRDELL, @Subrozaand @reltuC to #TSM 🤝

The players are:
Yassine "Subroza" Taoufik
Matthew "Wardell" Yu
James 'hazed' Cobb
Stephen 'reltuC' Cutler
Taylor 'Drone' Johnson
This ambitious team stands out on several points. First of all, they show great solidarity and only agreed to join a team if they were guaranteed that they could play all 5 without changing the roster. In hazed’s case, the 30-year-old also aims to prove that one can be a talented esports player, despite an age well above the average of this world.
The players hope that by joining TSM, they will have the means and the time necessary to focus 100% on Valorant.
It’s not surprising that TSM is recruiting a team for Riot Games’ FPS, but it must be reassuring for the latter to see that esports organisations are already ready to battle it out, should an official league see the light of day.
