Karmine Corp, HEET, Zerance and Sector One join the French Cup
The Valorant French Cup was unveiled in early July. The competition will feature sixteen teams from different backgrounds. Some of them are from the ex-LRVs, while others will qualify thanks to selective phases.
Last week we learned the names of the first teams to participate in this competition. They are Mandatory, CGN, Valorians and beGenius. This week, Karmine Corp, Heet, Zerance and Sector One were announced.
Presentation of the teams

Karmine Corp : Karmine Corp is a very young team on the Valorant competitive scene and has been doing its entry in the split 2 of the VRL France: Revolution. Despite this, they managed to climb to the top of the league with a top 3-4 finish alongside Mandatory. Next year, it will be able to play at an even higher level, as the team has been selected to play in the VCT EMEA. For its last participation in the French league, the roster is ready to give everything to win the French Cup.

HEET : HEET comes straight from the Polaris VRL. The team only participated in the second split, as they had failed to qualify for split 1. By winning the Open Qualifier at the end of April and then the Promotional Tournament at the beginning of May, the roster managed to secure their place. Nevertheless, their results were mixed and players finished in the top 6, after three wins and four losses.

Sector One : The Belgian structure has entered the Valorant competition scene by signing the Megastitut roster. Already active on the FPS, this team had shone during the Spring tournament of the French Open Tour. Under the colours of Sector One, the new team shone in winning the first VRL France Split, after a disputed final against BDS, the team finished in 8th place. In the second split, the current team finished in 8th place.

Zerance : This team is from this year's Valorant Open Tour France. Finishing third in the circuit points ranking, the roster has qualified for the VALOTF final tournament. The players won several matches, against Oserv Esport and CBT Prime, before falling to Atletec. They finally got the third place, following their defeat against only Top players in the final of the lower bracket.
The competition will start on 27th October and will end on 11th December with a final in Montpellier. We look forward to seeing you on ZeratoR's Twitch channel to follow all Mandatory matches!
