Happy joins Team BDS

Team BDS recently announced the addition of the French player Vincent "Happy" Cervoni Schopenhauer to its ranks, completing its roster for the Valorant Open Tour France Final to be held in December.

Originally a player and coach on Counter Strike: Global Offensive and earlier Counter Strike: Source, Happy switched to Valorant shortly after game's launch.

With its various teams, he has good performances throughout the season of 2020. The season 2021 has been more complicated for him, with more mixed results. His participation with Vodafone Giants in the Challengers 2 Europe Qualifiers, during Phase 1 of the VCT, resulted in a 12th place.

Until a few months ago, Happy played for Team Excel. Although the team did not achieve a good ranking in the VCT, they finished second of the Spring Tournament of the Valorant Open Tour France. This second step of the podium would have been enough to qualify the team for the French Championship, but it was without counting on the disband of its players. They will still participate in the tournament, but with BDS colours.

Happy officially joined the team on 4th November. He replaces GatsH, who announced his departure from the team a few weeks ago.

The new roster, entered in the Red Bull Home Ground #2, performed well below expectations, finishing 14th place. They now need to get back on track if it's to shine at the Valorant Open Tour main event, which start on 20th November.
