All the changes to Icebox with patch 8.00 of Valorant

After announcing the return of the Icebox card a few days ago, Riot Games is today unveiling the changes that have been made since its withdrawal. Site A remains unchanged, but the central zone and Site B have undergone a number of changes. You'll be able to enjoy this new version from patch 8.00 of Valorant. In the meantime, we'll show you everything in pictures.


In a recent publication, Riot Games shared various visuals illustrating the changes to the Icebox card. As a reminder, this map has been out of the Competitive map pool for almost nine months now. The developers have therefore had time to think about the best way to make it even more competitive, and here's the result:

All these changes will be available in ranked games from Monday 8 Januarywhen the next act begins. Episode 8 of Valorant will also see the appearance of a new Sniper, entitled Outlawas well as various changes to the Lotus map. The year is off to a flying start!
