The VCT Americas 2023 Transfer Window

The end of the Valorant Champions means the end of the VCT season and therefore the start of the transfer window. With the new league system, many teams and players find themselves in a complicated situation. The transfer window promises to be long and full of twists and turns.

We bring you all the mercato news from the Americas region in this article.

The mercato in VCT Americas

Riot Games has completely overhauled its competitive system and its leagues for the 2023 VCT season. Next year, there will be only three major regions: EMEA, Pacific and Americas. Each region will host ten teams, for a total of thirty teams.

The Valorant community was eagerly awaiting the FPS publisher to unveil the names of the structures that will be present in VCT next season. It is now a done deal and it is fair to say that the announcement has created some surprises and misunderstandings. The situation is delicate because the smallest teams could be forced to withdraw from the competitive scene of Valorant. As for the players whose structures did not obtain a partnership, many should find themselves without a structure.

However, it is certain that some excellent players should be on the market soon and that the teams that have secured their places will do everything to get them back. The transfer window is therefore likely to be eventful and it starts now with important announcements.
