Presentation of Harbor, the new Agent of Valorant, and his abilities
We had the opportunity to test Harbor, the new Controller, in a preview thanks to Riot Games. He should normally arrive in the game with patch 5.08 which will be deployed on 19th October. This patch will also introduce Act 3 of Episode 5.
In this article, we present the abilities of the 21st Game Agent.

Who is Harbor?
Harbor is the new Controller from India who is able to manipulate water. He got his abilities not long ago, when he was trying to steal an old relic in Mumbai. The relic somehow bonded with him and since then he has been endowed with aquatic skills that are very useful for his survival.

Indeed, he is being actively pursued by REALM agents. They are trying to get their hands on the artefact he has recovered and which gives him his powers. He is thus able to materialise water walls, tidal wave or spheres, to protect himself or his allies.
Harbor's abilities

A - COVE
350 credits - 1 charge
EQUIP a sphere of shielding water. FIRE to throw. ALT FIRE to underhand throw. Upon impacting the ground, spawn a water shield that blocks bullets.

C - CASCADE
150 credits - 1 charge
EQUIP a wave of water. FIRE to send the wave rolling forward and through walls. RE-USE to stop the wave. Players hit are slowed.

E - HIGH TIDE
Free - 40 second cooldown
EQUIP a wall of water. FIRE to send the water forward along the ground. HOLD FIRE to guide the water in the direction of your crosshair, passing through the world and spawning a wall along the water’s path. ALT FIRE while bending to stop the water early. Players hit are slowed.

X - RECKONING
7 points
EQUIP the full power of your Artifact. FIRE to summon a geyser pool on the ground. Enemy players in the area are targeted by successive geyser strikes. Players caught within a strike are CONCUSSED.
