KONEQT joins OG for the second VRL France split
The OG Esports structure has announced the last player of its roster. It is therefore KONEQT who will fight alongside uNKOE, fxy0, LaAw and Oniby in the second split of the VRL France Revolution.
Despite some changes In the end, the OG fought back well from a last minute loss in the previous split. The team came third in the regular season with 2 wins, 4 ties and 1 loss. By finishing in the TOP4, they even qualified for the playoffs. However, the roster lost to BDS in the semi-final.
For the rest of the competition, OG considered hiring KennyS to G2 Esports, a loan that didn't work out. As KennyS said "It is what is. With the new split starting next Monday, the structure had to find one last player for its roster.
OG strengthens its ranks with a major player, as it has recruited KONEQT, ex-Sector One, replacing Leen. With his former team, he won the first VRL split against BDS, and even participated in the promotional tournament for the VCT. Versatile, he is able to play Breach, Omen, Astra or Jett. There is no doubt that he will be able to integrate himself in the compositions of his new team.
We are particularly looking forward to seeing our new team fight the OG Esports players during this second split. The VRL France resumes on 9 May and by then a new team should be announced.
