Bring your pixel to the building at the ZEvent R/Place
In a previous article, we introduced you to the Twitch Plays Pokémonthe first activity announced by ZeratoR for the ZEvent. We are now going to tell you about the second big activity planned for the weekend. This is the R/Placemore commonly known as Pixel War.
You were part of General Kameto's troops during the Pixel War that took place a few months ago? Did you enjoy fighting against other countries to protect your beautiful, hard-earned pixel art? Then you'll love taking part in Z/Place.
For those who have never heard of the concept, here's what to expect. To participate, you must putting pixels on a digital canvas which will be blank at first. It will fill up as people place their pixels. But you don't put your pixels in randomly, no. Well, you can. However the aim is above all to create somethingYou choose the colour you want, and then you put it where you want. You choose the colour you want, and then you put it where you want, it's not more complicated than that.
Millions of pixels will be laid down and, in the end, it should look like this, with other works of course:

Throughout the ZEvent, you will be able to take part in this great adventure. To participate, it's very simple, you will have to buy pixels. You should know that for 1€ you will get ten pixels which you can place wherever you like.
But that's not all! Unlike Reddit's R/Place, you will be able to defend your pixels so that they are not replaced by others. You will have the opportunity to improve them, so that it will cost more and more for people to take your place. However, it is not yet known how this system will work, as the site is still being improved and tested. Nevertheless be warned, ZeratoR has announced that raids would take place on the works throughout the weekend to test the responsiveness of the various streamers' communities.
We therefore give you rendez-vous from 9 to 11 September to participate in this crazy adventure.
