Ascension, the new post Trackmania Cup competition from ZeratoR

ZeratoR announced it in 2022 after having sold out at Bercy, the Trackmania Cup was coming to an end and a new competition would be launched in 2023. While it was unclear what this would entail in practice, it was at the end of the ZLAN 2023 that ZeratoR revealed Ascensiona brand new competition.

The Ascension will be performed on three different dates and in three different cities: at Casino de Paris 29 June 2023; at Lille Zenith 16 September 2023; at the Sud de France Arena in Montpellier 28 October 2023. The events will of course be open to the public and tickets will be available from 22 May at 8pm on htdplaces.com .

If the first Ascension tour will be played on TrackmaniaThis is only a transitional game. Each year, the Ascension will be played on different games.

As always, ZeratoR will be in charge of the mapping, which will run from 15 May to 1 June. Registration will take place from 3 to 9 June. The qualifying rounds will take place on the weekend of 10 and 11 June.

One of the great novelties for a ZeratoR event: the cash prize will be participatory. From May 14th to June 28th, every subscription made to the ZeratoR channel contributes €2 to the prize pool of the Ascension tournaments. The first two tournaments will each win 15% of the cash prize, while the final tournament will win the remaining 70%.
