How to capture Koraidon and Miraidon
Contrary to what you might think, the Koraidon and Miraidon you can capture are not the Pokémon that accompany you throughout the adventure. They are other representatives of their species.
To fight them, you will have to complete the game (the three main missions and the epilogue). Once you have seen the credits, you can go to the bottom of the Paldea crater. Koraidon or Miraidon will be waiting for you there. Remember to save before engaging in combat.
The Legendary Quartet
No legendary trio in this 9th generation, but a quartet! They all have in common that they are all Dark types, with a different secondary type.

How to capture the Legendary Quartet
These four Pokémon are sealed in the different regions of Paldea.
- Chogjian: Southern Paldea Region
- Baoijan: Western Paldea Region
- Dinglu: Northern region of Paldea
- Yuyu: East Paldea Region

In order to fight them, you will have to break the different seals. Each seal is actually held together by 8 coloured pillars called Sinister Stakes, which are scattered throughout the corresponding region. By finding the 8 pillars and destroying them, all you have to do is walk up to the seal to face the corresponding Legendary Pokémon.
If you are looking for all the Sinister Stakes, we have prepared a guide with all their locations.
