Mandatory vs Valiant (First leg) - Challengers France 2023
Tonight, our players faced Valiant in the Challengers France. And the least we can say is that they were all monstrous! As efficient as a team, as well as on an individual level, we relished watching Mandatory once again in this second week of competition. With the matches against beGenius and Zerance, this is a third successive victory.

Summary of the match Mandatory vs Valiant
We're almost getting used to Mandatory wins during pistol-rounds, and so much the better! Valiant attempted a force-buy in the second round, a decision that didn't pay off and ultimately put them in trouble early in the game. The opposing economy became even more chaotic when Goaster managed to win a clutch, yet complex.
In order to calm the game down, Valiant called a timeout. A break that allowed them to get back into the game and to improve their score. However, Akumaaaaa was not prepared to let victory slip through his fingers, and offered himself a masterful ace in roud 9. Despite this difficult round, Valiant did not give up. Thanks to Jesse , they finally equalised just before side change.
Switching to Attack, Mandatory deploys all its talent even more. The teamwork pays off, and the individual actions are once again linked. TheBigFiz is very solid on the pistol-round, won again by our players. Valiant manages to put a round back together to reach 10-7, but Mandatory flies to victory when kAdavra makes a great quadrakill! (the famous QuAdravra)
Valiant then asked for a second timeout. This break did not have the same effect as the first. Mandatory, galvanised by the wins of the previous rounds, finally scored the missing point and won 13-7.
