Second match of the France 2023 Challengers, Mandatory was facing this time 3DMax. After the defeat against Supra Beaux Gosses, it was important to reassure oneself and to prove one's worth. This was done as Mandatory won the match, although not without some mistakes.

Summary of the match MDR vs 3DMax
Back on Ascent for this second match, Mandatory started once again on the attack. As everything happens, Mandatory won the pistol round, as well as the following round. This time, HyP and his teammates decided to play more slowly, even if it meant launching their attacks at the very last moment. A strategy that pays off, unless you negotiate your timings badly and don't have time to put the Spike down. But Mandatory dominates, partly thanks to a Goaster determined to make the mid his territory and erase his misadventures of the day before against Supra Beaux Gosses. At side change, the players with the hammer lead 8-4.
The change of side benefits 3DMax. BlitzeN and Kiiyo took control of the game and managed to bring the score back to parity. But if Mandatory's retakes took a while to set up, they finally worked. Mandatory won the game with a score of 13-8.
