The American team Immortals has confirmed Bjor 's departure from its team. The 19-year-old young player, who has been in the team since its launch, has left his place. He's replaced by Diceyzx, another very young player.
Immortals launched its Valorant team in May. At the time, the idea was to give their chance to little Valorant prodigies , rather than the veteran Counter-Strike players. A strategy that doesn't seem to give the expected results. If Immortals managed to reach the podium at Valorant's launch, the team has struggled to deliver good results for a while now.
The performances of Bjor seemed to be at the root of these failures. They had deteriorated dramatically since his team's new strategy made him change Agents. The orgnisation decided to respond with a salutary change. Since the beginning of August, Bjor has been sidelined, replaced by Diceyzx. The results were immediately here. The team managed to get the third place in the much contested FaZe Clan Invitational of the Ignition Series.
Faced with this situation, it appears that Immortals has officially decided to exclude Bjor and offer his place to Diceyzx. Since Bjor immediately announced that he was looking for a new team, we can then imagine that he didn't leave willingly.
