Buying and reselling in FC 24: earn credits easily
The buy/sell system is an integral part of FC 24As in previous games, you'll be able to use it to collect credits quickly. If used properly, this will allow you to rack up credits quickly. And in Ultimate TeamThis virtual currency is crucial to creating your dream team. In this guide, we'll explain how it works and what you need to know about it. we give you tips on how to make the most of it.
What are FC 24 credits used for?
If you want to play FC 24's Ultimate Team mode to the full, you need to buy credits. This virtual currency allows you to buy packs containing players, acquire players or to offer you new shirts. In short, it's the sinews of war!
What is buying and selling?
You don't have to pay to get credit - in fact you can't - because you can earn money thanks to various in-game activities. You can play matches in Division Rivals or Team Clashes mode, or take part in what we're interested in here, buying and selling.
The name speaks for itself: buy items for resale the idea being to make a profit on the transaction. You can buy and resell various items, such as shirts and players. It's these items in particular that will enable you to generate large sums of money. We will therefore only deal with the purchase and resale of players.
The transfer market
The transfer market is THE place to watch if you want to generate credits through buying and selling. Quite simply, it's the place where you - and other users - can buy and sell players. Bear in mind that EA imposes the following conditions on every transaction 5% tax.
How to get there, click on the Ultimate Team tab, then Transfers and finally Search the market. If you have an individual in mind, you can then search for it directly, otherwise use the option that allows you to see all those for sale.
There are two main methods linked to the transfer market. They are not complicated, but they do require you to be vigilant and to know a little about the prices of certain players.
- Buy & Sell - Small budget
The first is to identify players who are being sold at low prices when they are worth more. All you have to do is buy them and put them back on the market immediately at a higher price, or at least at the price you think is more appropriate. We are talking here about cards costing around 400 credits at mostThis is particularly true of certain Bronze cards. However, if you see any bargains in the Common Gold category - and there are some - don't miss out.
We advise you to look at major European tournaments such as Ligue 1 and the Premier Leaguewhich are among the most popular. When several identical cards are available, check the number of associated contracts and the player's speed. The higher these two figures are, the more you can sell the card for.
- Buying and selling - Gros Budget
The second involves get to know the trendy personalities. Find fashionable individuals who are on sale at the right price and buy as many of these cards as you can. At this stage, you can either wait a while to see if demand explodes and prices rise, or immediately resell the cards at a slightly higher price.
However, this method has its limits. It will only be really effective if you can resell several - dozens - of cards at the same time, even if it's still worthwhile earning a few credits. The other limitation is that to take advantage of this technique, you need to have already accumulated some money, not to say a lot! Here, we're talking about prices in excess of 15,000 creditslike Gabriel Jesuswhich is particularly in demand.
Keep an eye on the Team Building Challenges
The Team Creation Challenges invite you to come up with special compositions that meet various imposed criteria. Gold, some players are very good at completing challenges without breaking the bank too much. Many users turn to the market to find cards of interest.
If you take the time to check the Challenges regularly, you can easily predict which cards for sale might be of interest to other members of the community. All you have to do is buy the ones that match, and which are sold at a low price, to resell them at a slightly higher price. While it may be tempting to inflate prices, we advise you not to tempt the devil either. A small profit is always better than no sale at all.
Analyse the content of your preview packs
In this section, we're not really talking about buying and selling, as is generally understood in FC 24. Nevertheless, it is another interesting method of building up a credit reserve.
The in-game shop lets you buy different types of packs. The ones we're interested in here are packs with previews or "preview packs", meaning that you can open the pack and discover the contents before validating the transaction. There is a small icon in the top right-hand corner, indicating that this is a preview pack.
Why is it interesting? Quite simply because there are profits to be made! If the players and other items in a pack are worth it, buying them is a good option. By this we mean that the price of the pack must be less than the total number of credits you can generate by reselling its contents. If not, move on.
